Spring Update

Hello RRC Owners,

Electronic Voting

Electronic voting has been a huge success for Rimrock Cove. It has increased our owner's participation in voting as well saving us a considerable amount of money. Stamps and printing continue to increase in cost, if you have not registered for electronic voting please consider doing so. Link to Register: Electronic Voting Registration

If you are not registered and would like to see how easy it is to vote, please email me. I'll send you a test ballot and you see how it all works.

Update: Office Managers Residence

Happy New Year!

We finished the last of the gravel work over this last weekend.

The interior wall and door to create the conference room will be installed on the weekend of Jan. 27 or Feb. 3 by Jim Mckiernan, Eric Riley, and Randy Hill.

Big shout out thank you to Jim Mckiernan for bird-dogging the project from start to finish, and Bill Leonard, Jim Malone, Bill Pennebaker, Ray Hudlow, and Randy Hill for all their help in making this happen from the start to the finish. We saved thousands of dollars on misc. items by way of volunteer help. Thank you to Mike and Debbie Pinto for the donated decking materials.

Also, thanks to the crew who helped move Bill's furniture last week.

Sincerely,

RRC Board of Directors

RRC Board Member Nominations

ATTENTION ALL RIMROCKERS!

This is a very exciting time to become more involved with your Home Owners Association! We all know how much you LOVE our park and desire it to evolve and prosper for your future family generations to enjoy. Being an HOA Board member is a meaningful way to get involved and connect with like-minded owners who care about the park’s future. This service can be very rewarding while you gain a better understanding of how the park operates and how we can prepare for the park's future success.

We are seeking three candidates to fill upcoming vacant positions in May. This includes one incumbent who is willing to serve again if elected. The term for each position is three years.

In-person board meetings are usually held from March thru October each year. With your involvement you will be able to speak about what agenda items need to be discussed, review minutes from meetings, weigh in on issues that arise, help research solutions, and assist with pushing projects forward in a timely manner.

Our current areas of focus are our Reserve Study action items, including water tank, office, and tree replacements; marina and beach enhancements; architectural projects and compliance; event planning; upcoming 2024 budget considerations, and more.

If you have a passion for the park and are interested in running for the Board, please submit your bio to board@rimrockcove.com no later than APRIL 19TH. Remember to include your lot number!

If you would like more information please feel free to email the Board, or reach out to one of the current Board members personally. We would be delighted to answer any questions you have.

Let's work together to begin our next 50 years!

Revised FY2020 Budget

Dear Fellow Rimrockers,

We hope this note finds you safe and well.

You will soon receive a hard copy of the adopted revised budget for FY 2020 in the mail and a ballot seeking your approval of the budget. Given the circumstances associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, this will be a mail-in/drop-off ballot as we did for the election of new board directors.

  • The ballots are due to the Rim Rock office no later than June 30th.

Additional budget details have been emailed to you.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Be safe and be well.
Sincerely,
Rim Rock HOA Board of Directors
